The quality of a teacher can make a big difference in your child's happiness. At Ideal ChildCare Center (ICC), we select the most IDEAL teachers who have a variety of early childhood educational backgrounds. However, even though our teachers have a variety of early childhood backgrounds, they all have at least one thing in common - a love of God, a love of children, and a passion for teaching children.

ICC’s dedicated employees are required to attend an extensive orientation program that gives them a thorough understanding of ICC’s policies, standards and curriculum. ICC continues to build upon our employee’s foundation by networking with a variety of trainers and teachers from other education institutes. ICC feels this ensures our staff has all the necessary tools to be the type of educator you expect and we demand.

In addition to educational backgrounds, ICC strives to ensure the ‘safest haven’ for your child. Therefore, we carefully screen our staff by requiring multiple and extensive criminal background checks. ICC feels this provides an extra layer of security not only for your child, but also for you as a parent.
